We were recently engaged by Goldfields Library Corporation to supply and install three Framery booths at Kangaroo Flat Library, giving the Bendigo community a new layer of privacy and flexibility within one of the region’s most well-used public spaces.
The installation comprises two Framery One Compact booths and one Framery Four, each delivering Class A, 30dB speech level reduction alongside automated lighting and adaptive ventilation that refreshes the air inside every booth after each use.
Since going in, the booths have:
- Given patrons a private space for calls and focused study, without needing to leave the library or find a quiet corner
- Added a bookable meeting space for up to four people with the Framery Four, supporting tutoring, small group work, and one-on-one conversations
- Fitted seamlessly into the library’s existing footprint, requiring no construction or permanent fit-out to install
The two Framery One Compact booths are ideal for individual use, such as private phone calls, video meetings, or quiet reading and study, while the larger Framery Four gives the library a dedicated space for small group collaboration and meetings. All three are available for free community use, on a walk-in or reserved basis.
The result is a more adaptable, inclusive library that continues to meet the changing needs of the Kangaroo Flat community, from students and remote workers to families and local groups looking for a quiet place to connect.
We’re proud to support Goldfields Libraries and the City of Greater Bendigo in enhancing public library infrastructure with smart, soundproof solutions that work for everyone who walks through the door.
