Framery is committed to optimizing recycled content in its products while still building pods meant to last for decades, deliberately avoiding the throwaway model that dominates much of the furniture industry. Each pod model, from the One Compact phone booth up to the Six meeting room, has its own third-party verified Environmental Product Declaration, so customers can check the carbon footprint of the specific model they’re considering rather than relying on a single companywide number.
Certified Safe, Certified Healthy
On the safety and verification side, every Framery smart pod is GREENGUARD Gold certified for indoor air quality, and the company publishes Health Product Declarations so buyers can see exactly what’s in the materials. Pods have also gone through fire, mechanical, seismic, and electrical safety testing by accredited third-party labs, and Framery’s quality, environmental, and health and safety management systems are ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certified.
Verified Across the Supply Chain
Independent verification extends to the supply chain as well. Framery currently holds an EcoVadis Gold Medal sustainability rating, placing it among the top 5% of companies EcoVadis assesses, and 99% of its suppliers by spend have signed onto its Supplier Code of Conduct, with no violations reported.

None of this is just for show. Framery participates in the UN Global Compact and the Science Based Targets initiative, and its emissions reduction targets are aligned with limiting global warming to 1.5°C above pre-industrial levels.
