The NTH-100 is built around custom-matched dynamic drivers with a custom voice coil featuring a four-layer ultra-high-tension aluminium alloy core, coupled to an ultra-stiff triple-layer Mylar® diaphragm, a rare-earth neodymium magnet, and an innovative phase plug inspired by the award-winning NTG5 microphone. Together, these deliver an incredibly accurate frequency and phase response across the entire audible spectrum, with extremely low distortion and a remarkably natural sound.
Comfort is elevated to a new level with luxurious Alcantara® earcup and headband cushions, and RØDE’s revolutionary CoolTech™ gel layer that absorbs and dissipates heat to actively cool your head and ears and reduce wearing fatigue during long sessions. The unique ergonomic earcup design provides bi-directional movement for a custom-fit feel for any head size or shape, including for glasses wearers, while the fully adjustable headband with FitLok™ locking system ensures a consistent, perfect fit every time.
The NTH-100 features a removable cable with a locking connector that can be attached to either earcup for maximum flexibility. The earcushions and cable are both user-replaceable, and the headphones can be transformed into a professional headset by adding the NTH-Mic (sold separately). Designed and made in Sydney, Australia.
