The Framery Meeting Room Kit turns any meeting room into a smart, self-managing space. It bundles a Framery Room Sensor with a Framery Room Display running on a 10.1″ touch tablet and wall mount, giving you both automatic occupancy tracking and an at-a-glance booking panel on the same wall.
The Room Sensor uses privacy-safe, camera-free people-counting technology (a PIR wake-up sensor paired with millimeter-wave radar) to detect real occupancy. When paired with Room Display, the system automatically reserves a room when people walk in and releases it again when a booked meeting turns out to be a no-show, keeping your calendars accurate without anyone lifting a finger.
The wall-mounted display shows current status, upcoming availability, and the next two weeks of bookings, with a color-coded view that is readable from across the room. Reservations can be made, viewed, or adjusted directly on the panel. All of it stays synchronized in real time with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace calendars, the Framery App, and Framery Connect.
